Coin98 Finance - CEO Assistant [HCM] - CLOSED

Coin98 Finance is a rapidly-growing and leading startup in the blockchain industry. We are looking for a young talented CEO Assistant who makes an effort to be builders, contributors to innovations and products in the Coin98 Finance Ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Arrange meetings/conferences ahead of time and record meetings minutes;
• Be responsible for daily communications, including maintenance of calendar and appointments for the CEO;
• Assist the CEO in planning and implementing projects towards achieving goals and missions of the company;
• Provide prompt, dependable word processing to CEO;
• Provide high-quality assistance to office personnel to ensure a smooth running and productive office environment;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

• Excellent in English or Chinese;
• Details oriented;
• Good at soft skills, especially in communication skill;
• Age under 27;
• Basic knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
