Coin98 Finance is a rapidly-growing and leading startup in the blockchain industry. We are looking for a young talented Digital Marketing Manager who makes an effort to be builders, contributors to innovations and products in the Coin98 Finance Ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research about marketing trends, user demands change, and competitor analysis to explore applicable user growth marketing opportunities, approach, and models;
• Devise marketing-oriented user growth strategy, direction, and plan in line with business plan & objective with the integration of in-app content, product feature & user activity in marketing initiatives;
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required, marketing-related education background;
• Proven working experience in digital marketing;
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns;
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
• A sharp understanding of consumer insights, social media, social content, and the Internet industry;
• High-level project management capacity and ability to work constructively in a fast-moving team environment;
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development;
• Basic knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
