Coin98 Wallet - Global Community Manager [Full Time] - CLOSED

We are hiring a Global Community Manager, who will be responsible for managing and growing our Coin98 Wallet - Global (English) and Vietnamese communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage our presence on global and Vietnam communities;
• Plan and post content on social media, including Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube;
• Engage users on community channels: Respond to comments, answer direct messages, management of questions to ensure 1:1 relationships with the audience;
• Execute engagement activities to increase brand advocacy;
• Keep abreast of trends in the blockchain space;

 Requirements

• Be fluent in English;
• Proven community management experience or customer service;
• Deep understanding and empathy for crypto & the blockchain space is a plus;
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium;
• Independent attitude;
• Age under 30.
