QuickSwap is an AMM similar to UniSwap built on Polygon (formerly MATIC).

How to create a Polygon Wallet on Coin98?

Before using QuickSwap, users need to create a Polygon Wallet. You should use Multi-Chain Wallet on Coin98 so that you can get access to all single blockchain wallets inside, and all these wallets are managed by only one single Passphrase.

After installing Coin98, you can refer to the guidelines below to create a multichain wallet or restore Polygon Waller (MATIC) from other applications to Coin98.

If you are already a Coin98 user, you should import multi-chain wallets again to get updated with wallets on Polygon Wallet (MATIC), as well as other integrated blockchains on the latest version automatically.

Prepare Polygon (MATIC) as gas fees

QuickSwap uses Polygon (MATIC) for gas fees. Therefore, to swap tokens on QuickSwap, users must have some Polygon (MATIC) tokens. Users can buy Polygon (MATIC) on a centralized exchange such as Binance and send them to the Polygon wallet address on Coin98.

In addition to the network fee and the fee for LP, Coin98 Native Swap will charge a fee of 0.8% on the token swap for each transaction. This fee will be used for buying back C98 and supporting the continuous development of making Coin98 better in the future.

How to swap QuickSwap natively on Coin98 

Coin98 Super App 

Step 1: On the homepage, click the Swap tab.

Step 2: Select QuickSwap on the AMM list.

Step 3: Click the settings icon at the top right corner of the screen and choose between 2 interface options: the Basic UI (1) and the Pro UI (2).

Users must fill in the following information to complete the transaction:

• Select the wallet containing the token/coin that you want to trade.
• Choose the trading pair from the list.
• For those tokens that haven’t been listed on Coin98 Super App, users can trade using their contract addresses.

Step 4: Slide the bar to adjust the trading amount. Carefully read the information before deciding to trade:

• Rate & Inverse rate: The price ratio of the 2 tokens.
• Price impact: Estimated % difference in price when swap compared to the displayed price.
• Liquidity Provider Fee: the amount of fees that will be used to pay the liquidity providers fees.
• Gwei bar: a feature that allows users to adjust the amount of Gas fee (transaction fee) according to their needs by sliding the bar.
• Share URL: Share trading pair via url.

Step 5: Select Approve → Click Swap to finish.

Note: Users can also adjust the gas fee and slippage by clicking the settings icon at the top right corner of the trading interface.

• Slippage Tolerance: This is one of the most common reasons for swap failure. You can trade with the default slippage rate on the wallet (2%), or customize it higher to ensure the highest success rate.
• Transaction Deadline: the maximum transaction time that you can specify to avoid the case of long waiting time without any matching orders.
• Unlimited Approval: a feature that enables users to grant platforms and smart contracts the permission to spend tokens/ coins on your behalf without limit.
• Default Pair: the default tokens for each trading pair.
• The default gas fee on Coin98 Wallet has been set for the highest speed with the most reasonable cost.
• The arrow in the middle of the trading interface is used to switch between the buying and selling positions. Users need to check the tokens’ positions carefully before making any transactions.

After swapping successfully, users can access the Trade History from the swapping interface to view their transactions or go back to the home screen to check the traded tokens if needed.

Coin98 Extension

You can use QuickSwap natively on the Coin98 Extension. Those steps are the same as the ones on Coin98 Super App. 

Here is what you can follow: 

Step 1: Choose Swap tab on the home screen. 

Step 2: Select QuickSwap on the AMM list. 

Step 3: Choose your desired tokens and start swapping! 

Feature 1: How to swap tokens on QuickSwap?

Besides using the built-in DEX on the Coin98 Extension, you can connect Coin98 Extension with QuickSwap platform. After connecting your wallet to QuickSwap, let's go to the next step.

Step 1: On the QuickSwap trading interface, users place the amount of tokens they would like to trade.

Step 2: Click Swap and then Confirm Swap.

Step 3: A Coin98 notification window will pop up. Click Confirm and users will see the submitted transaction on the following screen.

Step 4: At the top right corner of the screen, a confirmation notification will pop up once the transaction has been finalized. Users also can adjust the Slippage tolerance by clicking the Settings icon.

Feature 2: How to add liquidity on QuickSwap?

Step 1: On the QuickSwap home page, click Pool.

Step 2: Click Add liquidity.

Step 3: Insert the amount of each token that users want to add liquidity. Click Supply ⇒ then Confirm Supply.

Step 4: A Coin98 notification window will pop up. Click Confirm and users will see the submitted transaction on the following screen.

Feature 2: How to remove liquidity on QuickSwap?

Step 1: Click Remove to start withdrawing liquidity.

Step 2: Choose the percentage of the total token amount that users want to remove and click Approve. A Coin98 notification window will pop up, click Sign and then Remove.

Step 3: Another Coin98 notification window will pop up. Click Confirm and users will see the submitted transaction on the following screen. Wait for the transaction to complete and finish.

Feature 4: How to stake/ unstake on QuickSwap?

a. Staking on QuickSwap

Step 1: On the QuickSwap home page, click Rewards.

Step 2: Choose the token pairs users would like to stake. In this article, we chose the MATIC-USDC token pair.

Step 3: Click Deposit QUICK-V2 LP Tokens.

Step 4: Insert the amount of tokens users would like to deposit. In this article, we simply click MAX to deposit the maximum amount.

Step 5: Click Approve and then Sign when a Coin98 Wallet notification window pops up.

Step 6: Click Deposit, then Confirm and users will see the submitted transaction on the following screen.

b. Claiming QUICK tokens

Step 1: When staking tokens on QuickSwap, users are rewarded with QUICK tokens as a bonus. To claim the tokens, simply click Claim and then Claim on the following screen one more time.

Step 2: A Coin98 notification window will pop up. Click Confirm and QUICK tokens will be automatically transferred to Coin98 Wallet.

c. Unstaking on QuickSwap

Step 1: To unstake, simply click Withdraw and then Withdraw & Claim.

Step 2: A Coin98 notification window will pop up. Click Confirm. QUICK tokens will be automatically transferred to Coin98 Wallet and users have unstaked tokens successfully.
